Nice gallery. I loved the Bromelie. It sets the screen alight. I was also interested in the Bucida spinosa. They appear to have similar bark to our Crataegus, but the foliage is like Prunis spinosa.
I also noticed that you are using European pots. I have a couple of Klika pots in my collecton. In fact the Crateagus is planted in one.
Very pleased to have seen this gallery. Regards, Peter.

In the gallery of Enrique Castano it is mentioned that he has written a book called Botany for Bonsai, the Science Behind the Art. I have searched for it but I can't find it. Does anyone know where this book is sold?

Yes in did; old bucidas have a rough bark similar to Crataegus, and I like Klikas pots a lot, I visit them in Prague from time to time. My trees still have a way to go, but I think is a good start, I hope to post some very exiting bucidas later in the year.
And yes Rune, I have written the book but it is not out yet, It would be available by ABS later in the year. Hope you enjoy it. Best wishes. Enrique

Here is a new tree I been working recently hope you like it. The balance still needs a bit of work on the left side and I may chage its movement in a few months but for know it shows some promise. Any toughts are wellcome.
